I was getting a little further off track than usual. My overall healthy lifestyle of eating whole foods and exercising was getting a little sloppy and those lazy behaviors were effecting my mood and my productivity. I usually maintain an 80/20 lifestyle. That means that 80% of the time I'm walking my talk that I talk about as a motivational speaker on health and wellness, and 20% of the time I'm not. That balance has served me well for many years. Lately, however, my "off track" personality has been winning out. You know the one. On my dry erase board I have a title: New Year's Resolutions, and two headings: My Health and PEPTalks.  Under each I wrote down a few important changes and improvements that I want to accomplish to increase the vitality of my body and increase the success of my business.  I look at it every day as a reminder of what I've set out to do and you know what?  Eating Greens Everyday is the only thing on the list that I've stuck to.  Yay me!  It's definitely a vitally important food habit to get into because green leafy vegetables are the rockstars of the vegetable kingdom!  Per calorie they have the most nutrient density. That means that they have the most vitamin, mineral, phytochemical and antioxidant count than any other vegetable per bite.  More bang for the buck, as they say.  Read More
