Lifestyle Challenge Week 2

Happy Sunday Lifestyle Challengees!!  How did last week's challenges go for you?  I encourage you to keep drinking water, stretching and planning a little fun for this week as well but if you want to just tackle the new challenges each week and let the others take a back seat, do it.  Remember this is your chance to "try on" healthy habits each week.

For the next 7 days I challenge you to:

1.  Eat a green, leafy salad EVERY DAY!

2.  Walk (prance, dance, jog, run) as long as you have the stamina for EVERY DAY! Don't forget to have a friend join in or listen to your favorite music.

3.  Breath.  By this I mean consciously take in a deep belly breath and fully exhale. Try it in the morning before your stretching routine (which you LOVE by now, right?), before you get out of the car to go to work, before eating (your salad) lunch, as you're laying in bed before sleep, and of course anytime you're feeling anxious or stressed.  Ahhhhhh!

Don't beat yourself up if you don't do it consistently!  Just keep trying!
