Answering these questions often helps to boost motivation just enough to remind you of why you started eating healthy in the first place.

  • If I stop my healthy eating what will my health be like?
  • If I stop my healthy eating, how will my relationships be effected?

When your resolve starts to weaken, and it will, answer these questions with bare bones honestly and I believe it will give you the nudge you need to stay on track to reach your long range goals of health and happiness.
